Can Am Commander 1000 Ltd 2012 Model Year. Owned by me for the last 4 years, never been off road. Was bought completely standard and I have spent almost £10k on modifications.Has only done 1549 miles from new. Only used for urban cruising and going to the shops etc.Excellent condition as you can imagine. I built it with the hope of being able do trail exploration whilst being able to carry all my photographic equipment and support equipment. However, over the last 3 years I have gradually become a full time carer, which means I no longer have the time to pursue my hobbies. This UTV attracts so much attention everywhere I go and have been told it sounds absolutely awesome. I am quite OCD about my hobbies and interests and invest heavily and look after all my equipment. There may be the odd very light cosmetic mark on the plastics somewhere but there is no damage at all on the vehicle. The wheels and tyres look brand new. This UTV wants for nothing and does not require any work whatsoever. All modifications have been selected on quality, reliability, purpose and aesthetics. For example, I chose the most expensive power steering option that was US and not China built, but cost me almost twice as much.  The Muzzy’s Dual exhaust system was the only option allowing me to fit lamda sensors for accurate tuning with the Tune Monster ECU, which also cost me twice as much as cheaper exhaust systems. The Muzzy’s Dual is also a full stainless steel system, not simply tail cans that make a lot of harsh noise. The Muzzy’s produce a very nice basey v-twin sound. The Airaid intake system required cutting of the front bonnet/hood but increases not only the airflow but raises the intake height when wading in water. It also adds a nice intake noise and looks aggressive, but cost 7 times the amount of a panel filter. The Monster Products Tune Monster is a very advanced fuelling ECU that allows the connection of lamda probes to accurately tune the fuelling to suit the intake and exhaust modifications. It will also facilitate the use of a turbo charger if you wish to go that far. This system cost me about 4 times the cost of a typical fuel controller. The Moose Racing mirrors are a huge improvement over the OEM Can Am mirrors. There is no vibrating, shaking and more importantly, they don’t point at the floor after 10 minutes of driving, but they cost me 3 times as much as standard mirrors. No cost has been spared in building this UTV. Standard Features: 1000cc V-Twin Rotax Engine. Fox height adjustable air assisted suspension. Features an onboard air compressor allowing ride height adjustment from dash mounted controls. Height settings are shown on the LCD dash display. The compressor can also be used for tyre inflation with the supplied hose. Selectable 2 or 4 wheel drive. CVT automatic gearbox with Park, High Ratio, Low Ratio, Neutral and Reverse Gears. Gearbox can also be locked with a key for security. Front mounted Warn winch with dash mounted and wired remote winch controls. Garmin Montana 650T Colour Touch Screen GPS Satellite Navigation. Features on and off road mapping with turn by turn directions. Unit is removable from the dashboard to avoid theft and can also be used as a handheld unit. Screen protector fitted and spares will be supplied. FM/AM Radio/Stereo system with iPod connection in glovebox. Convertible sport roof allowing rear section to be removed if wanted. Can Am half windscreen. Can Am front bumper. Can Am rear net. 3 ignition keys supplied (one is a valet/child key which allows 15mph top speed). Gearbox lock, fuel filler lock and boot/storage lock keys supplied along with spares. Original toolkit. User Manual. Modifications: BRP BlackBox to unleash the full performance of the engine (Removes speed and rev limits). Araid intake system for better airflow and sound. Also has the aggressive look intake hump on the bonnet/hood. Muzzy’s Dual full stainless exhaust system with lamda probes fitted for accurate ECU tuning. This exhaust also makes the v-twin  engine sound awesome. The tailpipes sit on either side of the cargo/boot space as opposed to underneath, which keeps the cargo/boot space cool. Monster Products Tune Monster (Microsquirt) fuelling computer ECU for accurate fuelling setup including lamda probes input. Software and programming lead also included allowing any future modifications to be tuned for. DZ Motorsports Sport Low modification wiring loom and dashboard switch.
