This listing is for an older Mojave that's 100% ready to ride. Quad is kick start only, 5 Speed clutch w/reverse. Disc brakes all round, water cooled 4 valve engine. Its in good shape, great actually considering the year. I bought it from an older fella that was moving back to Florida last winter and it needed minor repairs as it had been sitting in storage for years.If you look close, you'll see this is a very solid older bike. Not a bent piece of metal anywhere-original grips still on it. Suspension is TIGHT and features an updated newer rear shock. All wheel bearings, brakes and shocks are good. Plastics have a small repair that you can see, and have not been painted. The blue is coming through the orig white. I did paint the hood to match the replacement seat. Engine is good, newer top end. Starts first or second kick. Front tires/rims are newer-from a Raptor. Nice upgrade as these rims are wider than stock Kaws by about 2 inches. Rears are good but have some checking/weathering. Please be realistic, this is a 22yr old bike. It ain't been jumped or mudded, but there are a few minor issues-nothing that would stop you from gassin it up and ridin. In the interest of disclosure and to keep bidders happy (check my feedback) here they are:Swing arm bearings could be replaced. Simple repair and inexpensive.Reverse is functional, but reverse lockout is inop-I suspect the spring in engine cover is all that is needed on the cable. So, you have reverse, its just not switch enabled.Chain at end of adj, but new one included.Rear brakes need fresh pads soon, new ones included.Smokes a bit when started sometimes (valve seals) clears right away.Parking brake inop-needs new cableValves a little noisy, could use adjustingNow the good!Rebuilt water pump, all new seals.Rebuilt carb jetted to run with pod filter, new throttle cable.Thermo Fan switch replaced. LED Light bar (have the old light)No issues with any mechanical operation except as stated above. No leaks, overheating or kick start issues.This is an absolute auction. Local pickup cash money. Great chance to get an inexpensive atv that's ready to go. High bidder gets it no reserve. I need to make space for a new project. You are welcome to come by and test drive.
