Our M series exhaust canisters feature the highest level of quality construction and are designed to be fully serviceable in the event of damage (replacement parts are available, please call us at 1-800-211-2767), routine maintenance or the occasional repack. Our V.A.L.E.™ slip-on/full exhaust systems and fl ange-on systems feature CNC machined aluminum inlets and outlets. These special designs provide for ease of maintenance as well as simplifi ed construction, which is what a premium performance product is all about! The exhaust note produced by all of our Top Level exhaust systems is best described as being deep and throaty without suffering from the shrill whine normally associated with other manufacturer's straight through muffler canisters.
All of the canisters perform and sound the same, they are simply different shapes. They all incorporate our exclusive technologies and premium construction materials. The shape and orientation is normally determined by our R&D department, based on a performance criteria check list. The exterior canister material is up to you to decide which best fits your taste...
The V.A.L.E.™ system is Two Brothers Racing's revolutionary and patent pending method of attaching our muffler canisters to the exhaust tube without the use of springs or welding. Our V.A.L.E.™ systems allow the muffler assembly - exhaust tube and canister - to be positioned perfectly on the bike beforeall the mounting hardware is fully tightened. Once the canister and exhaust tubes are properly aligned, the V.A.L.E.™ assemblylocks the muffler canister to the exhaust tube assuring a perfect,leak-free fit. This system is simple and easy to install, requiring nothing morethan a 5mm hex wrench, which is included with every one of our exhaust systems.The X-Lite™ ring is the next step in the evolution of V.A.L.E.™ technology. CNC milled from 6061-T aluminum, the design of ou rX-Lite™ ring efficiently and elegantly removes all unnecessarymaterial from the coupling. This reduces the weight of the partwhile still maintaining its structural integrity.
