THE CART HAS SOME DAMAGED PLASTIC SHOWN IN THE PICTURES. THERE ARE SCRATCHES ON THE BODY THROUGHOUT. THE ENGINE STARTS, RUNS, AND DOES NOT SMOKE OR MAKE ANY ABNORMAL NOISES.
