Hi and welcome to the reluctant auction of my Suzuki LTZ400. (only listing again due to time wasters)I brought this quad about a year ago cheap as it was not running thinking it would only need a little TLC but I was wrong. so in my year of owner ship its had a no expense spared full rebuild to bring it back up to a lovely driving standard.I've completely rebuilt the engine with new crank, con rod, piston, crank bearings, balance shaft bearings, timing chain, flywheel, stator, clutch and heavy duty springs and misc gaskets and seals.the electrics have been tidied up from the awful state they were in when I brought is in which I soldered all the wires correctly and heat shrunk them rather then the rotten bullet connectors that was on there before.I've replaced various ware and tear parts such as track rod ends wheel bearings A-arm bushes and swing arm bearings as well.tires are 70% front and 50% rear left of tread.all indicators and brake lights work perfect as sorted them myself.the quad has 10 to 11 months MOT left and am only selling due to needing the funds for a car bill which id rather not take a loan out for.the quads done about 500-700 miles since my rebuild and its never missed a beat. only thing is the battery isn't great if left longer then a week with out a run and the ignition switch could do with being replaced at some point but not essential.does need a service now but I've got a brand new can of oil and a filter which is the same oil I've been using since I rebuilt it which will be included in sale plus a few other misc parts.all in all its a brilliant quad and is ready to be ridden.any questions please ask winning bidder must get in contact within 24 hours. is for sale on other sites so have right to remove
On 24-Apr-17 at 20:57:43 BST, seller added the following information:just thought I would also add the engine pulls lovely through all the gears and has a lovely power band with a nice amount of torque down low and still pulls strong all the way to its 9500rpm rev limit. the engine uses no oil what so ever and is changed every 3-5 rides depending on length of rides.
