I bought this sand rail last winter. I thought the engine that I had would mate-up, but it would not.I don't have a ton of information. But is certainly bare bones for you to make it the rail you dreamed of. I tried to take pictures of the things that might pose questions. If you can't see it - I am not going to have a good answer for you. What you see is what you get.It has 4 tires and wheels. It is going to need tires.The gas tank does not have a cap. Transmission is there.You would have to make all the arrangements to pick up the rail. I will not transport.Happy bidding.
