For sale; my good condition 2004 (04) Polaris sportsman 600 cc twin cylinder.In budgie yellow (different),and in above average condition for its age,having not seen much work load in it's life...It's agriculture reg ,meaning that it never require's m.o.t or tax (tax applied for but it's free) and insurance is rougly around £150 -£200 depending on age/etc.I've used it solely for pleasure purposes ,and it's been wicked fun,will go anywhere!!I've spent loads of money on it ,and probably spent more time working on it for the sake of it,than riding it!!It's had the following done in the last few months;New tyres x4 costing £££'s,New front steering arms, lower ball joint's,track rod end's..New drive shaft gators on front (x2) ,Rear suspension arms greased,Oil and filter changed,along with 2 new plugs,Drive belt checked (no problems),Carb and washable air filter cleaned,Seat cover replaced,Winch (seat belt type with remote) added,New tow ball,New battery,Heated grips,New EBC sintered pad's all round, (caliper's stripped and cleaned/v.g disc's),and fitted with new brake fluid,All rack's and front guards powder coated black..new bolts in foot boards etc,Front damper/housing's stripped and cleaned along with all wheel bearing's greased.Both front and rear diff's along with transfer box oil changed...new drive shaft seal in front diff replaced recently.Quad start's ,stop's and rides as should...selectable auto gearbox means it's rev and go....On demand 4wd (switch) works as it should....Log book in my name,and some other reciept'sNow the bad point's ,and remember it is a 13 year old working vehicleSpeedo's cracked and display not showing miles or 4wd/gear indicator properly,nor is speedo working..this is never bothered me ,and being an older vehicle i ain't too fussed,or how many hours it's done..its mechanically spot on ,and requires nothing..Number plate cracked (but will come with new one fitted).Rusty rear exhaust can (but not blowing),Only 1 key (but not chipped) so easy to have another one cut.Crack in lower/upper foot board ,but i've repaired this and hard to see unless up close)..slight scratches as can be expected from a working vehicle..That's it, ill be sad to see it go ,as i know i wont replace this quad for the money....i'm asking £2000 or as close too, because i believe its worth it for what it is....it a 2004 bike ,farm reg 600cc twin...the same money will only buy you a 1996 Honda foreman 300cc that's been worked to death....Viewing welcome anytime after 5pm weekdays or anytime on weekends...i'm located in crumlin near to pontypool,about 20 mins from M4 corridor...Cash on collection only..no paypal or bank transfer,and if i think your dodgy,you wont be allowed to my address or to view the quad either..no excuse's..Not interested in swap's or part ex's,Please contact me on number above or email for any question's..i will not respond to any text's asking me what's the lowest i will take....ring me for a chat,if your geniune...Thanks for looking,Dale
