This is a superb quad, year 2009 Offroad ATV 4x4 2&4WD selectable quad Honda 500cc Fourman ES. These are the best models honda ever produced this one with electric shift button gears so very easy to driveThis is probably the best honda 500 foreman i have ever had the pleasure to offer for sale. It is in exceptional condition for its year done very little work and amazingly only done 890 hours and 4600 km's from new. The frame, racks and chasis have never had any paintThe plastics are in exceptional condition for year and do not have any major cracks to them and they are all complete and as you can see from the pictures looks very clean with their original shine to them and all the original warning lables in there places as well as all the reflectors to racks. The black edge plastics are also very good with minimal marksThe quad features a reverse option and 5 electric shift gears so gears are selected by means of a up and down arrow on the handlebars which are much easier to use than foot lever gearsIt also has a switch to handlebars to choose between the 2/4 wheel drive option. This is a beast of a machine and everything works as it should. The gears change very smoothly up and down and reverse also works perfectly The quad has an electric push button start and it starts up fine and ticks over perfectly as can be seen from the video above and drives very well as you can expect from a quad that has been very well looked after with low hours and milesThe quad is a very powerful bike with light steering and has no smoke when revving up and ticking over and no leaks anywhereThe quad has very good front and back brakes and all work perfect along with the foot brake, hand brake is also in working order as well as the footbrakeThe quad is sitting on 4 original off road tyres with still very good tread on themThe steering & suspension are all good and work as they shouldThe quad has front and rear lights all of which work perfectly along with the brake lights and comes with one keyThe digitial display also works perfectly with no damage to it and all lights up with the hours also showing perfectly only done 889 hours from new and only 4573 kms which is absolutely nothing for one of these. It has had a Very easy lifeThe quad also features a tow bar on the back which will pull anythingThe quad has a good sweet engine as expected from Honda, starts on the electric button as can be seen in the video above and ticks over beautifullyThe quad is very solid and built to a quality standard with a good solid frame and mechanically soundThe make and model speaks for itself it is the honda Foreman 500cc manual ES with 2/4 wheel drive selectable and electric shift gearsThe original honda seat is very good with no damageThe quad is not currently road registered although i am told this is easily done. All you do is contact a honda quad main dealer fill out a form with some information pay them apprx £80 and they sort the rest. I am told it takes about 12 weeks in total but i have never done this myself2 MTH RTB WARRANTYI offer a 2 month return to base warranty against the engine and gearbox so if you have any major issues with the engine or gearbox within 2 months of purchase agreement which is the date you purchase on ebay then you can return the quad bike to us in gloucestershire or south wales for it to be fixed. There will be no refunds. The problem will be fixed, if the problem cannot be fixed beyond ecconomical repair then i reserve the right to replace the quad bike with a simular model. All general items like bearings, brakes, tyres and electrics are excluded from the warranty. The warranty only covers main engine componants and gearbox so you can bid with confidence and piece of mindPLEASE NOTE: The quads i sell are part ex off road vehicles. They are all checked mechanically before they get to me. Engine, gearbox, brakes, suspension and all levels are checked before i offer them for sale by a 3rd party mechanic as i am not a mechanic myself. The quads may have some paint touch ups and may be tidied up in places including frame, racks and other bits. These are off road vehicles so may have wear & tear, scuffs and marks, some things like bearings etc may have very slight play to them and anything with a lot of play or damaged will be replaced. All of the quads i sell start, drive and stop as they should unless otherwise stated in descriptionI am not a mechanic and dont know anything about the mechanics of the quad bikes. I do take them for a quick spin when received to check they run ok.
