Hi and welcome to the reluctant auction of my Suzuki LTZ400.I brought this quad about a year ago cheap as it was not running thinking it would only need a little TLC but I was wrong. so in my year of owner ship its had a no expense spared full rebuild to bring it back up to a lovely driving standard.I've completely rebuilt the engine with new crank, con rod, piston, crank bearings, balance shaft bearings, timing chain, flywheel, stator, clutch and heavy duty springs and misc gaskets and seals.the electrics have been tidied up from the awful state they were in when I brought is in which I soldered all the wires correctly and heat shrunk them rather then the rotten bullet connectors that was on there before.I've replaced various ware and tear parts such as track rod ends wheel bearings A-arm bushes and swing arm bearings as well.tires are 70% front and 50% rear left of tread.lights don't have dipped beam as I wired them both together as quad lights are never very good. all indicators and brake lights work perfect as sorted them myself.the quad has 11 months MOT left and am only selling due to needing the funds for a car bill which id rather not take a loan out for.the quad starts and drives fine but can do with the valves being re shimmed as they weren't brilliant when I rebuilt but thought its an easy enough thing to do another day in the future. could do with being done now tho as running a little lean now. the quads done about 500-700 miles since my rebuild and its never missed a beat. only thing is the battery isn't great if left longer then a week with out a run.does need a service now as well but I've got a brand new can of oil and a filter which is the same oil I've been using since I rebuilt it which will be included in sale plus a few other misc parts.any questions please ask is for sale on other sites so have right to remove
