I've got a Vespa Small frame project and no time to complete it. It has a brand new 100cc top end and starts up first or second kick. I've replaced all the cables, fuel petcock, piston and cylinder, intake manifold, ignition coil, levers and much more. Still have a lot of new parts in boxes to finish it. Have the headlight, ignition set with keys, speedometer and other odds and ends. The seat is new also and I have a rubber floor mat. I bought the frame and headset a few years ago and it took me a while to turn up the rest of the parts and get it this far.
It has surface rust all over, but no thin spots or holes. My plan was to clear coat it and keep the patina. The frame says V5B3T which is a Special 50. The head set needs wired up and it will need tuned among other finishing touches.
