I have a skinned rail buggy that has a 73 1600 cc Volkswagen motor in it. It is titled and tagged for street uses the lights are all operational and runs good but needs seats, tires and some tlc. I have put on a new starter solenoid, master cylinder, brake calipers and pads, and just had the carb rebuilt. I have a tow bar for it but would recommend trailering it because of the tires.
