This 2009 Club Car XRT 1550 has all the coveted options: the heated cab with windshield wiper, the power dump bed, the Kubota diesel engine, head lights, tail lights, brake lights, and a horn. There is even a fully charged fire extinguisher mounted on the roll cage.  It only has approximately 1736 hours on it and even comes with a spare tire and wheel, new spare headlight bulb, new spare heavy duty belt, and the owner’s manual.  I will also include the digital format of the parts manual and owner’s manual on a usb drive.   Everything works as it should and if you know anything about the XRT 1550’s they are one of the coolest UTVs around.  The 4x4 is completely hands free.  It engages as needed and disengages the same way so driving through the grass doesn’t tear it up and when it hits slippery conditions it just keeps going.  The frame is aluminum so no rust on that part and the Kubota diesel is a fuel sipper and super reliable like all Kubotas.  The tires are all the same brand and size, OEM Carlisle, model AT489.  There is a 2” rear receiver for towing.  The cab has a heater with a 3 speed fan and a working wiper.  The front and side windows are glass and the rear is plexiglass.   History:  I searched long and hard to find a used XRT 1550 with all the options. I bought it on 9-16-15 from United Rentals.  It had 1702 hours on it and went through their shop getting a full service and a few parts I pointed out as needed including the rear driveshaft as a u-joint had a little play.  They even sanded and touched up some rust.  I bought the extended bumper to bumper 12-month warranty that would replace anything that failed but it never needed anything.  In the 18 months I have owned it, I only put 34 hours on it.  The sticker United put on it said next service at 1952 hours.  I previously had a regular Club Car golf cart that died and thought this would make a good replacement….in my eyes it did anyway. I’m dry, I’m warm, there is never cat vomit or raccoon droppings on my seat.  My wife has other thoughts and even though we have 40 acres of woods and our mailbox and the bus stop is are quarter mile away, she didn’t appreciate my heavy-duty replacement.  She just wanted the simple little golf cart like we had.  So, I recently bought one she likes and I just cannot justify keeping this one.  I just don’t use it enough and I have plenty of other machines to haul, tow, lift, load, and dump.  Around here it was just a ride, occasionally pulling the log splitter or carrying some tools to wherever I was working on a project but mostly to the bus stop and back or to a neighboring farm to borrow a tool or some such thing.  It goes great and never let me down.  Glow plugs when it’s cold and it starts right up.   The Good:  I would consider this in good solid condition. Not "very good" or "excellent", and not "fair" or "poor".  Everything I know of works like it should.  The wiper, the doors, the heater, the brakes, the lights, the horn, the dump.  It runs great and only smokes right when it starts cold like all my diesels. It doesn’t burn oil or leak anything from anywhere.  The tires are all good and none leak including the spare. The tread varies some but I would say the worst is 40% and the best 80% but that is just my guess.  I pictured each tire.  There are no cracks in the body or frame.  I cannot see any damage to the aluminum frame and it looks great. The bed dumps from inside the cab and the tailgate opens easily by pulling a catch on each side.  It shuts and re-latches with a gentle push.   The Bad:  There are 1736 hours of wear and tear on it and it shows in all the normal ways cosmetically.  There are scratches, scrapes, nicks, bumps, dents, rust etc. all over and in more ways than I could mention but nothing that looks abused or the result of an accident besides the dent in the steel front pipe bumper.  There is a crack in the plastic roof on the driver’s side where it overhangs.  A couple of the plastic tabs that hold the sliding windows locked shut are broken.  They don’t slide open on their own and the tabs were more of a security lock.  I don’t have the keys to the cab doors but the cab is made by Curtis and I am sure new keys and window locks could be purchased if you really needed them. There are 2 small holes in the plastic flooring. There is rust in places on almost all the steel parts but not any of the aluminum frame! That’s one of the main reasons I love Club Car.  The worst rust is on the dump bed and the bottom of the doors.  It had been touched up by United before I bought it but it was just a worksite quality job.  There is a tear in the passenger seat and small cracks in the driver seat but none that make them uncomfortable or dysfunctional.    Terms:  Please ask any questions ahead of time and I will try my best to answer.  You are welcome to come take a look.  It sells AS IS and I am no expert or professional mechanic.  I tried my best to picture, video and describe all that I know from my short ownership and limited use.  This is the only XRT 1550 I have ever driven.  My feedback it good, please check it out.  There is no buy it now so please don’t ask.    All sales are final and the unit will not leave here until payment has cleared.  I want CASH at pickup.  If you can’t pay cash, please just buy someone else’s machine.  Cash is great, you come, you see, you pay and we are both happy.  If you must have it shipped and cannot be here in person, no checks unless they clear before it leaves and DO NOT use paypal unless you will pay the fee they charge me.   I will not ship but will assist any shipper you arrange.  I can store safely inside for 30 days after sale if needed.  It will not be used other than test drives or to move it around once the auction starts.   PLEASE ask your significant other before you bid.  A winning bid is a serious thing and I took a lot of time and effort to put this auction together.  Please don’t mess it up.  If you win, your money is mine and my machine is yours.  No excuses like I have heard in the past:  “My wife bought cheap hamburger at Walmart and bit a bone, chipped her tooth and I had to use the money to fix her tooth”.  “I bid on 2 and won both so I am only buying the other one”.   “ I can’t find a cheap enough shipper”  “I thought the $10,000 tractor seen in the picture was included with the $500 snow plow I bought”.  I am easy to get along with and will do my best to make your purchase pleasant.  Thanks, and good luck!
