(If your wife will let you.)This Award-Winning Motorized Bicycle is comprised of:-A modified, 1940's Firestone Frame; the "straight" bar was lowered approx. 1" to allow for internal mounting of the gas tank within the frame -A 1950's Schwinn Whizzer bobbed rear fender/struts-An early Messinger dual-spring saddle mounted to a Chop Shop Customz Layback Seat Post-Sportsman Flyer reproduction Harley Davidson Café Racer Handlebars w/ rubber, offset "Coke Bottle" grips retain that vintage look but allow for throttle actuation-Reproduction Monarch Dual Spring Fork w/ Front Disc Brake (CLARKS Mechanical; 160mm Rotor)-Sutter Street Cruisers Vintage-Style Headlight Brackets mounted to a Battery-powered 5" LED-converted headlight; Project 346 "Baby Bee" Black Battery-powered LED Taillight-"Extra Wide" 1-piece Crank from Pinto Boy Cycles clears the motor/exhaust pipe; NOS Vintage Pedals-NUVO Black tripod-style Kickstand-80cc Black Motor Kit w/ Standard Carb and Full Pipe Exhaust. Motor and Exhaust have had the following upgrades/modifications:-Motor has been "finned", manually filing the edges of the case for the desired look-Case(s) have been painted matte black and outlined with 1-shot paint-Hardware has been replaced with exposed-head stainless hardware-Exhaust has been cerakoated and wrapped with fiberglass heat shield/stainless bands-50mm Black Single-speed wheels, w/ Rear Coaster Brake Hub and FELT 26x2.125" Grey "Quick Brick" Tires-Stainless Steel gas tank has been pressure-tested, sanded, and matte cleared. Holds approx. 1 gallon. -Drive sprocket has been drilled with lightening holes for a more authentic look. Chrome acorn hardware used throughout.-All cables (Throttle, Clutch, Brake) are both plastic-lined AND cased with vintage-style lacquer-dipped wire loom w/ heat-shrunk ends for an even more detailed look.-Handmade oval number plate, silver-leafed and outlined in 1-shot paint for the shown "193".-Winner, 1st Place, Special Interest Motorized, 2017 Sacramento AutoRamaAfter all........if you aren't riding it, then what did you buy it for?!?
This, in actuality, is a moped; requiring consistent maintenance and constant upkeep to remain in 100% functioning order. Physical capability to maintain this creation will be required, as a Service Plan is not available. We will provide, with purchase, "Maintenance and Starting Instructions" and some helpful, extra parts to assist in caring for your investment. 1/2 gallon of fuel/oil mixture has been run through to test ride/break in the engine and tune, as necessary to run.(This is a Bicycle; no VIN or Title will be provided with purchase.) Shipping can be provided in a multitude of ways; Via Ground Transport/pallet, Via FedEx (BikeFlights), or Scooter/Moped transport. We can discuss shipping if you are truly an interested buyer with sufficient funds to purchase, or you can arrange a pickup on your own from our facility here in Folsom, CA. We ship both within the lower 48 and internationally, and guarantee your product will arrive without fault to a location of your choice.
