This is a superb quad, 2008 Offroad ATV 4x4 2&4WD quad Honda 420cc. These are the best models honda produce with the best of both worlds. It has the power of a 500cc and the size of a 350This one is probably the cleanest most original 2008 quads i have ever had the pleasure to offer for sale. All frame and racks are original and have their original paint to them with no corrosion. It is an ex local authourity bike and has been extremely well looked after it has never done any work and never been a farm quad the condition is exceptional for year probably the best you will findThe plastics are excellent for year with only a couple of light surface marks but for the year quite exceptional. The plastics also has its original warning sticker labels to them all immaculate and i can assure you, you do not find quad bikes in this conditionThe quad features a reverse option and 5 manual foot lever gears. All gears change smoothly and without problemIt also has a lever to side to choose between the 2/4 wheel drive option. This is a beast of a machineThe quad has an electric push button start and it starts up fine and ticks over nice as can be seen from the video above and drives well with very smooth gear changes to the box and smooth gear changes up and down. Reverse option also works fine with no problemsThe quad is a very powerful bike with light steeringThe quad has very good front and back brakes and all work perfect along with the foot brake, hand brake is also in working order along with the horn. The bike has just had new brakes all roundThe quad is sitting on 4 very good like new off road tyresThe steering & suspension are all good and work as they shouldThe quad has front and rear lights all of which work perfectly along with the brake light and comes with one keyThe digitial display also works perfectly with no damage to it and all lights up with the hours also showing perfectly only done 4000 hours from new and 28000 km'sThe quad also features a tow bar on the back which will pull anythingThe quad has a good sweet engine as expected from Honda, starts on the electric button as can be seen in the video aboveThe quad bike has no oil leaksThe make and model speaks for itself it is the honda 420cc manual with 2/4 wheel drive selectableThe seat is very good with no damageThe quad is not currently road registered although i am told this is easily done. All you do is contact a honda quad main dealer fill out a form with some information pay them apprx £80 and they sort the rest. I am told it takes about 12 weeks in total but i have never done this myself2 MTH RTB WARRANTYI offer a 2 month return to base warranty against the engine and gearbox so if you have any major issues with the engine or gearbox within 2 months of purchase agreement which is the date you purchase on ebay then you can return the quad bike to us in gloucestershire or south wales for it to be fixed. There will be no refunds. The problem will be fixed, if the problem cannot be fixed beyond ecconomical repair then i reserve the right to replace the quad bike with a simular model. All general items like bearings, brakes, tyres and electrics are excluded from the warranty. The warranty only covers main engine componants and gearbox so you can bid with confidence and piece of mindPLEASE NOTE: The quads i sell are part ex off road vehicles. They are all checked mechanically before they get to me. Engine, gearbox, brakes, suspension and all levels are checked before i offer them for sale by a 3rd party mechanic as i am not a mechanic myself. The quads may have some paint touch ups and may be tidied up in places including frame, racks and other bits. These are off road vehicles so may have wear & tear, scuffs and marks, some things like bearings etc may have very slight play to them and anything with a lot of play or damaged will be replaced.
