Please read all below before bidding.Selling my sand rail/dune buggy, has a great running 1915 vw engine, rebuilt a little over a year ago, has empi heads, counter weight crankshaft, scat C35 camshaft, lifters and springs, 44 weber carb. Motor does not smoke or leak any oil. Three rib bus transmission with stage clutch, works great, no funny sounds on motor/transmission. Porsche CV joints for the extra long rear travel arms, no binding. Rear disk brakes, foot brake pedal and hand cutting brakes. Metal roof, keeps you safe from falling tree limbs. This is a "trail/woods" sand rail, not a "show" sand rail. If you'er looking for a little, mean, aggressive, powerful, but very reliable, trail buggy, then this is it. Again ("TRAIL/WOODS") sand rail, not a ("SHOW") sand rail, you bang it up, jump some hills, rub some trees, splash some mud, at the end of the day, hit it with a pressure sprayer, some black paint if needed, start the fun all over again on the next trip/outing. Sand rail, Trailer, Cover, all included. Trailer has new tires and wheels. The front tires on the sand rail will need replaced soon, back tires are getting down there in tread as you can see in the pictures, but still climbs great! Please only serious bidders, I don't want to waist each others time. Because it's used, sold as is, where is, no refunds or returns.
