  This product comes 70% assembled.     Several parts that need assembling are wheels, charge battery (battery not included), seats, windscreen & steering wheel, roll cage and more.We recommend having a motorbike workshop to assemble this product or at least a person with mechanics background. Atomik will not be liable for damages incurred from inappropriate assembly. Please check that all nuts, bolts and spokes are tightened before riding. Check necessary fluid levels.

In the Interest of safety it is highly recommended that you have this bike assembled by a qualified motorbike mechanic as there may be some internal adjustment required to be adjusted such as carby requires tuning and valve clearance to be check and many other mechanical services & predelivery check is require before using your item. Please read all relevant information enclosed before using your item....! Any item that is NOT assembled or PD checked by Atomik or by our authorised dealer will not receive any extended warranty on the item and if any part claiming for warranty customers will be required to provide Atomik with a supporting documentation to support the claim. All parts are to be sent back to Atomik for assessment by our QC team if requested by Atomik. Otherwise your claim will not be accepted. *All items are sold in a crate.
Some items are assembled at 90% and some are only at 70% assembled.
You will require a full equipped workshop for assembly.
Atomik highly recommend that you use a qualified mechanic to assemble all items.PRE DELIVERY INSPECTION CHECK LIST
You MUST inspect your item each time before riding to ensure it is in proper working order. If proper inspection is not done, damages to the item and severe injury or death could result.
Use the following checklist to verify your machine is in proper working order each time you ride.
ITEM/INSPECTION PROCEDURE
1.      Tyre-check condition and pressures.
2.      Engine oil level correct. No leakage.
3.      Fuel tank-fill the fuel tank to its proper level.
4.      All brakes-check operation, adjustment and fluid level
5.      Throttle-check for free operation and closing
6.      Headlight/Taillight/Brake light-check operation of all indicator lights and switches.
7.      Engine stop switch-check for proper function.
8.      Wheels-check for tightness of wheel nuts and axle nut; check that axle nuts are secured by cotter pins.
9.      Air cleaner element-check for dirt; clean or replace. Apply Oil/lube to air cleaner element.
10.  Steering-check for free operation noting any unusual looseness in any area.
11.  Loose parts-visually inspect item for any damaged components or loose nuts/bolts or fasteners.
12.  Tighten the air valve caps securely.
13.  Spokes-check for any loose spokes.
14.  If necessary adjust the drive chain. Check overall condition and slack.
15.  Lubricate the drive chain, if necessary.
16.  Brake lever-check, if necessary adjust brake lever.
17.  Brake pedal-check, if necessary adjust brake pedal.
18.  If applicable, check battery terminal are properly connected, tighten if terminal are loose.
19.  If applicable, check coolant level.
20.  Adjust necessary cables (accelerator, clutch, wiring cables must not be dangling - zip tie if necessary)
21.  Handlebar & levers aligned - must be tight.
22.  Do not over-rev the engine. Let the engine run-in. You must allow your vehicle adequate warm up time before operating or engine damage could result.
23.  Operators’ helmets, goggles, and proper riding gear.
24.  Break-in (The first hour that the item is ridden is designed as the break-in period. If the item is not used carefully during this period, you may very well end up with a BROKEN DOWN instead of a Broken-In vehicle. DO NOT start moving or race the engine immediately after starting it. Even if the engine is already warm. Run the engine for 15 to 20 minutes at idle speed to give the oil a chance to work up into the engine parts. Avoid quick acceleration or starting and drive prudently for the first three hours of operation. Let the item cool completely. The item is ready for regular operation after this procedure is carried out.
25.  Engine oil (Highly recommend change the engine oil after you used up your first fuel tank of fuel. And change the oil regularly according to your owner’s/user’s manual book.

All customers must fill in the warranty claim form located at the Atomik Service Center, on the Atomik website. All details must be filled correctly in order for a warranty claim to be processed. Incorrect details will delay processing of your warranty claim. You will be advised of a claim number. You can quote this claim number for any query regarding your claim and this claim number allows us to process your claim efficiently. If your warranty claim is approved you will be sent the required part. You will be required to pay for postage of any part/s sent to you. The postage cost can be paid for by quoting your credit card number with your appointed Atomik claims officer.

PART OR ITEM RETURN PROCEDURE In some cases we will require the faulty item or parts sent back to us. Please follow instructions from our customer service representative in the Atomik Service Center and do not send back any part or item without this approval. You will be required to include a copy of your original invoice upon return of any part or product. You will also be required to include your Atomik claim number with your returned item. All items we receive without a claim number included, will be sent back to the sender. We will then have our mechanics examine and test the fault and replace or repair any item deemed to be faulty. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs of returning any faulty item back to us. The buyer shall also be responsible for the postage costs incurred when we send the replacement part back to the buyer. Like any other retailer in Australia, the customer is responsible for transport costs of any defective item, back to the retailer. If an item or part has been deemed to be free of fault, the customer is responsible for any return postage costs and will be charged for assessment time, at our discretion. Item or part may be held, at our discretion, until these fees are paid. Arrangements must be made for payment or collection, and items with no arrangements made within 14 days of repair will be disposed of at our discretion.
