Hand made pirana buggy was built to plans then modified to cv rear end utilising VW parts for ease of replacement (have never had to) and upgraded front end to gemini stubs and disc breaks.Engine is a SACS GSXR1100 that had the top end rebuilt prior to me purchasing it the buggy has done little work due to me not having time and spending most its life being modified and out of order.Reason for sale is I never use it as my property is to small to utilise the top end and I race a sportsman buggy and that takes up all my time plus kids ect ect There are a few things that need a tidy up on this unit as it was a constant work in progress to get it to the 100% reliable stage it is at now.Front end paint is shitty rattle canFront break lines need brackets as they are just taped in placenew battery as the old one in it requires me to jump start itCarbie clean out due to sitting dormant for so long (yes it still starts and runs fine I'm just being pedantic) I would put panels on it as I never got a chance to do thisbreaks bled/adjusted as they are stiff from sitting so long (still work but fronts are much stronger than rear so bias adjustment needed)Other than the small fix up stuff above the buggy is in great mechanical condition and very reliable compared tot he standard units, Please be aware this is a series buggy not a Chinese thing and is very fast you need a lot of room to use it (I have 24acres and this is not enough) or you would be best to race it at the small buggy club in Kyneton Any questions welcome and inspection proffered I have put a reserve for the buggy as it sits if all the small details were taken care of and a general tidy up done I feel it would fetch around 10k however I don't have the time to work on it so someone else can grab a bargain.
