WARRANTYOur quad bikes are the latest design in road legal quads. Our bikes are individually built and are not simply rolled off a conveyor belt. We take great pride in the quality of our bikes, and they have to under go a number of quality checks at the factory before they are packed and shipped. We also complete a thorough PRE - DELIVERY INSPECTION before delivery to the customer, in order to ensure everything is in perfect working order.The warranty that is provided is for the original purchaser of the bike only and is non-transferable. This entire warranty is a parts only warranty any parts required will be sent free of charge.All new vehicles come with a PARTS ONLY warranty. We will send any parts required, that are covered under the warranty, to the address specified by you. We WILL NOT pay any claim made for labour in respect of any vehicle. It is the owner’s responsibility to recover the vehicle to a repairing dealer if necessary. We DO NOT offer a collection/recovery/re-delivery service.Please read the manufacturer's instruction manual in full to operate your bike correctly.12 MONTH WARRANTY ON ENGINE
Our engine warranty is against mechanical failure for 12 months or 3000 miles. 6 MONTHS FRAME AND SUSPENSION
Warranty on our Frame, suspension and components are for 6 months or 1000 miles.6 MONTHS AXLE AND DRIVE BEARINGS
Warranty on our axle and drive bearings are for 6 months or 1000 miles3–6 MONTHS ELECTRICAL AND OTHER COMPONENTS
Warranty on all other bike components, are included, but are not limited to mechanical components, electrical components, alarm / immobilizer, which are against malfunction, due to defects in workmanship and materials for 90 days, warranty exclusions are the battery, Wheels, tyres, plastic components and light bulbs.LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONSViper Quads LTD cannot be held responsible for any injuries caused and this warranty is void if the bike has been subjected to misuse, abuse, alteration, speed in excess of 30mph during the running in period, improper installation, improper maintenance, punctures, acts of God, or if any repairs have been attempted by anyone other than authorized by Viper Quads LTD. All service is to be performed by a qualified technician only. Services by any unqualified person’s voids the warranty. A copy of the receipt for regular servicing will need to be provided for warranty claims. Viper Quads LTD must have pictures of any warranty issue before repair or replacement. Abuse and misuse will include (but is not limited to) damage caused by: Using off road or improper handling and operation of the bike or damaged caused during transporting.
Warranty only applies on quad bikes that are stationed and kept in the UK. If you choose to export your quad bike outside of the UK our warranty will no longer cover the quad bike.   WARRANTY PERFORMANCE
Contact Viper Quads LTD, in writing, within 10 days of any problem arising.In order for us to assist you and resolve any issues as quickly as possible, we will require the following:- A thorough description of the problem.- Photographs of the problem (if applicable)We may also ask for a copy of the original purchase invoice showing purchase date or delivery date, where it deems necessary.Warranty parts carry the balance of the warranty only.If you have a faulty part we may require you to send us the faulty part for testing.Please note for the above warranty to apply, the bike must be run in and serviced according to the owners manual and details as shown below:RUNNING INAs recommended by the manufacturer, in order to ensure the vehicles long term reliability and performance, please pay extra care and attention to how you ride during the first 600 miles. During this period don't overload the engine or open the throttle fully and be sure to keep changing speed at different intervals.First phase speed (0-100 miles) no more than 30mphSecond phase speed (100-300 miles) no more than 40mphThird Phase speed (300-600miles) no more than 50mphBefore riding check the engine oil level, and allow the engine to idle and warm up.SERVICEDuring and after this breaking in period you must conduct regular inspection and maintenance, you must adjust every part, paying particular attention to the drive chain, the rear wheel bearings, front wheel bearings, engine oil level, water level, tire pressure, and the tracking toe in toe out as irregular wear will occur to the tyres if not checked. You must also have the engine oil changed at 100 miles or 3 months which ever comes first.All service and maintenance must be carried out by a qualified technician and recorded in manual with their approved stamp.                                                                        Thank you
