HONDA BIG RED TRX300 QUADI bought this quad from a Honda main dealer after it had been traded in by a farmer (for a new one) who'd owned it from new. It was only used for slug pelleting the boundaries of the farmers fields by a mature rider, so has had a very easy life and hasn't been thrashed, abused or modified.Since then I have given it a complete overhaul. I am only selling it (reluctantly), because I just don't have a need for it now and require the storage space. A shame, because I don't know that I'd find another one as nice as this again.This is a very original, honest and straight quad, which is in superb condition for its year!Below are all the vital stats and a list of parts that I've replaced - I have receipts for these items. Year: 1990Engine size: 300ccDrive: 2WD shaft drivenElectric and kick startFive forward gears and reverse gearQuad is also CESAR DATATAG registered and I have the 'transfer to new keeper documents' ready. Parts replaced:Engine oil filter, Honda 10W40 oil, o-rings, spark plug, air filter, new differential gear oil, front and rear wheel bearings + seals, brake panel bearing and seal, steering column bearing and collar, both steering tie rods, handle bar grips, all plastic panel rivets and corner reflectors. I have also fitted a brand new battery and carb float valve / needle last week. Brake shoes are all good and brakes have been adjusted.Quad also comes with front & rear loading racks, tow ball, original seat cover, almost new off road tyres and two ignition keys.This quad would be ideal for someone with a small holding for riding around paddocks to feed animals, or for towing a small trailer when muck clearing etc.Does have the inevitable light scratches to black plastics and minor knee rub marks on fuel tank, but NO tears, cracks or dents.If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.Buy with confidence from a 100% positive feedback seller !!
