This is a great quad approx year 2009 offroad ATV 2x4 & 4x4 Suzuki Artic Cat 400cc automatic. These are very good quad bikes and quite sought after and this one in great condition for year as you can see from the pics very powerfulThe plastics are in great condition for year and do not have any major cracks or nasty scuffs to them and they are all complete. obviously they do have some marks to them which can be expected from working vehicles but very clean for year as im sure you can see from picturesThe quad features a reverse option and a fully automatic box with a selection lever for high, low, neutral and reverse all of which select very smoothly and the automatic box is very smooth with smooth gear changes etcThe quad has a selection switch for 2x4 and 4x4 so you can choose from 2 wheel drive or 4 wheel drive by a flick of a switchThe quad has an electric push button start and it starts up fine and ticks over nice and drives well with very smooth gear changes to the box. Reverse option also works fineThe quad has very good front and back brakes and all work, hand brake is also in working orderThe quad is sitting on 4 very good off road tyres with good treadThe steering & suspension are all good and work as they shouldThe quad has front and rear lights all of which work along with the horn and comes with 2 key'sThe digital display clock is reading 2780 miles which is nothingThe quad also features a tow bar on the back which will pull anything. The quad also has a winch to the front complete with in/out switch to handlebars. The winch is not currently working think it may be jammed and need releasing the motor kicks in when switch is pressed The quad has a good sweet engine as expected from Suzuki, starts on the electric button and ticks over nicely and drives perfectlyThis is a very solid quad bike built very well as expected from Suzuki with a good solid chasis and frame and sound mechanicallyThe make and model speaks for itself it is the Artic Cat 400cc 2&4x4 fully automaticThe seat has a cover over itThe quad is not currently road registered. However i am told this is quite straight forward to do. If you go to a main Suzuki dealer then they will sort it all out for you at a cost of £80. I have never registered one myself but i know a few who have2 MTH RTB WARRANTYI offer a 2 month return to base warranty against the engine and gearbox so if you have any major issues with the engine or gearbox within 2 months of purchase agreement which is the date you purchase on ebay then you can return the quad bike to us in gloucestershire or south wales for it to be fixed. There will be no refunds. The problem will be fixed, if the problem cannot be fixed beyond ecconomical repair then i reserve the right to replace the quad bike with a simular model. All general items like bearings, brakes, tyres and electrics are excluded from the warranty. The warranty only covers main engine componants and gearbox so you can bid with confidence and piece of mindPLEASE NOTE: The quads i sell are part ex off road vehicles. They are all checked mechanically before they get to me. Engine, gearbox, brakes, suspension and all levels are checked before i offer them for sale by a 3rd party mechanic as i am not a mechanic myself. The quads may have some paint touch ups and may be tidied up in places including frame, racks and other bits. These are off road vehicles so may have wear & tear, scuffs and marks, some things like bearings etc may have very slight play to them and anything with a lot of play or damaged will be replaced. Viewing is advised before bidding. All of the quads i sell start, drive and stop as they should unless otherwise stated in descriptionI am not a mechanic and dont know anything about the mechanics of the quad bikes. I do take them for a quick spin when received to check they run ok. If you want a new one or are expecting a show winning quad then please buy one new from a main dealer.
