Totally disassemble and clean every part. Cleaning of existing main, pilot and all Jets. Cleaning and Inspection of all four carbs. Inspection of slides and diaphragms. Blowing out of all passageways and jets.

Verifying needles, condition of internal parts. Check and reset float height as required. Check and adjust fuel needle valve as required. Clean and Re-Set fuel mixture screws. (4) Verify static bench sync of carbs. Clean and Adjust Choke shafts.

If one screw wont turn, then that carb is NOT useable and is unable to be adjusted, and you need all 4 carbs running together in synchronicity. Lots of sellers don't know what a fuel mixture screw is. If you ask and they don't know, that screw may be seized and if it is, that carb is un-useable.All my carbs fuel mixture screw holes are chased with a tap to provide 100% working screws. 2.
