I'm selling my 03.5 Blair Morgan edition Rev X 800. Its absolutely PERFECT condition! EVERYTHING IS NEW!!! First off sled was 100% disassembled and EVERY PIECE on metal on it was all Powder coated in either satin black, gloss black, or orange. Every nut and bolt was replaced with new. Every ball joint, heim joint, bushing, bearing, sleeve was replaced with NEW! All 4 shocks are fresh. Hyfax are new. Hygear rear spring spacers. Ice scratcher. New Composite talon 1 1/4 lug track with 144 new woodys signature series studs. Every bushing and bearing replaced on the skid. Sly Dog rear skid wheels. New snow flap. Newer style rear bumper off an xp. Led rear brake light. New 8" woodys carbides on pilot 5.7 skis up front. This is the X model chassis so it has all the extra braces and full length cooler in the rear. I add a set of bulk head braces on top of that. It has a 440 race sled nun on the front, they have extra braces that regular sled doesn't. Both clutches are 100 % fresh with all new skidoo parts. Clutches are all setup for the 827 big bore in it. Sled is geared down a tooth on the top. It has a BRAND NEW motor Top to Bottom. Crank is all fresh with paperwork. Top end is all NEW with an 827 BIG BORE from RK TEK. It's the ported 172 HP version and it RIPS! Have paper work on it to prove and can also call rktek and Kelsey the owner can verify it all! Computer is remapped by skidoo for the big bore. New Vforce 3 reeds. SLP cold air kit. SLP torque arm on front of the motor to keep engine from moving. 100% Stock exhaust on it so it's quiet. Pipe is heat wrapped. Have a can for it also that comes with it if you like some sound. EVERY piece of plastic on the sled was all smoothed and professionally painted to a show quality finish in gloss black. Tank cover was hydro dipped in carbon fiber. I had custom stickers made for it that are all carbon fiber inlay. Even the Blair Morgan on the seat was all redone in orange to match. I personally built the sled over the last cupple year as a hobby and have tons of pics of it during the build. This is by far the nicest rev you will ever find, it's SHOW and GO! This thing runs with the best of them. Only selling cause I have 4 sleds and it doesn't get used like a sled of this caliber should. I had it up north 2 weeks ago and put cupple hundred mile on it and was a blast to ride. Sled needs NOTHING!!! It's letteraly BRAND NEW! Probably have over 8g into the build. Sled comes with boxes of extras, tuning stuff, clutching stuff and bunch of spare parts. Actual mileage on snowmobile is unknown. Odometer reads 0 and does not work. Mileage is very low on snowmobile and only a few hundred miles on complete rebuild. I am listing this for a friend of mine. Sled is located in Yorkville IL 60560. Sled is for sale locally and could sell at anytime and auction will end.
