The original proof of purchase, serial number and date of installation must be included. It is understood that this warranty is applicable to replacement tracks only. Exclusions: - Any part damaged by abuse, misuse, negligence, accident or abnormal use, including racing - Improper installation - Modified or altered track, i.e., installation of ice studs by drilling holes through track - Damages to other parts caused by the defective track - Labor charges - Expenses for travelling, hotel, towing, telephone, etc. - Kimpex will not be held liable for accidents or injuries resulting from the use of their tracks
