All Kimpex tracks are guaranteed for two years from date of original retail purchase invoice, againt defect in raw material and/or workmanship, under normal conditions of use and maintenance. Kimpex Inc. agrees to repair or replace any warranted defective Kimpex track returned prepaid to its dealer by the customer. The original proof of purchase, serial number and date of installation must be included. It is understood that this warranty is applicable to replacement tracks only. Exclusions: - Any part damaged by abuse, misuse, negligence, accident or abnormal use, including racing - Improper installation - Modified or altered track, i.e., installation of ice studs by drilling holes through track - Damages to other parts caused by the defective track - Labor charges - Expenses for travelling, hotel, towing, telephone, etc. - Kimpex will not be held liable for accidents or injuries resulting from the use of their tracks
