Please note I am in the North East of Scotland! I am having to relist the Quad for this reason.Now selling at 99p no reserve, whoever wins wins.Selling my 2001 Honda TRX 250-EX Sports Quad as I now have another toy that I need to fund. The Green Car in the last picture is not included in the sale but is the reason for the sale of the Quad. The Quad is a Honda TRX 250 EX, its a 250cc 4 stroke. It starts first time and is a lot of fun. Ive fitted a K and N filter and added the Red Bull Graphics Kit that I shipped over from the US. Ive removed the spark arrestor from the Exhaust and as Ive added the K and N filter the Carb can do with being retuned but I run it as is and is a lot of fun. The Spark arrestor can be replaced very easily as its just held in with three screws.The Quad does need some work to make 100%. The reverse lever needs looked at and does not always select reverse but all the forward gears are perfect. I replaced the rear Brake Shoes, Bearings, springs and adjusters then added fresh Gear Oil but the seal between the Gear Box and Brakes is leaking and although the brake travel is perfect the effect is not. I have new seals and bearings for the winning Bidder. The Front Brakes are perfect and what I use when Im playing around on it. At some point in the past the wiring loom has been messed with and although the key is needed to start the Quad the start button is now behind the Seat, this has never bothered me and the Quad always starts first time. I have purchased a replacement wiring loom for the winning bidder should they feel the need to install.The back light is damaged as is the front light.All in all a well running Sports Quad that is a lot of fun and can be used 'as is' and has the parts supplied to make 100% should the new owner want to.Any questions just ask. The Quad can be viewed and trialed any time.
