BRAKE LEVER PLAY IS 4-5 MM. IF NECESSARY, ADJUST.
BRAKE PEDAL TRAVEL IS 15-25MM. IF NECESSARY, ADJUST.

THROTTLE: FUNCTIONS PROPERLY, RETURNS SMOOTHLY.

THE FIRST ONE HOUR THAT THE MOTORCYCLE IS RIDDEN IS DESIGNED AS THE RUN-IN PERIOD.
IF THE MOTORCYCLE IS NOT USED CAREFULLY DURING THIS PERIOD,
YOU MAY VERY WELL END UP WITH A ‘BROKEN DOWN’ INSTEAD OF A ‘BROKEN IN’ MOTORCYCLE.
DO NOT START MOVING OR RACE THE ENGINE IMMEDIATELY AFTER STARTING IT,
EVEN IF THE ENGINE IS ALREADY WARM. RUN THE ENGINE FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES AT IDLE SPEED  TO GIVE THE OIL A CHANCE TO WORK UP INTO ALL THE ENGINE PARTS.
AVOID THE QUICK ACCELERATION OR STARTING AND DRIVE PRUDENTLY FOR THE FIRST
THREE HOURS OF OPERATION. LET THE MOTORCYCLE COOL COMPLETELY.

This product comes with a  month manufacture parts warranty.
Warranty does not cover labour and postage costs. The buyer will be responsible for ANY postage costs incurred. We do offer free diagnosis and repairs at our discreet for our products. Labour cost may apply especially for products that are not from us but we will inform buyer fully before proceeding. Warranty does not cover damage due to incorrect use, incorrect assembly, accident, collision, wear and tear, as well as improper maintenance. Buyer must treat the bike like any other vehicle and service the bike with qualified person as well as doing regular maintenance. Warranty is voided if engine is tampered with or performance parts installed by the customer. If a part or product is damaged or not functioning on arrival, we require buyer to contact us immediately and then arrange to send the faulty part or product to be sent back to us. Buyer must provide photos or send part back (where photos does not help) on request. We will examine and test the fault and once confirmed we will replace or repair any of our item deemed to be faulty at no cost. However, we must stress that all postage fees are buyer responsibility. Item cannot be returned by COD. We will refuse to accept item returned through COD. All postage costs are buyer's responsibility and buyer must contact us prior to sending back item for warranty. All spare parts are available for purchase. In the event if we do not stock the parts, we can order it in from overseas manufacturer.Warranty does not replace parts that are expendable or considered as normal wear consumables.This warranty is a return to base warranty, meaning that any faulty items must be returned to us with shipping charges prepaid.
