The Grizzly 700 is a very capable, full size 4x4 UTV that is equipped with Yamaha's 686cc, liquid cooled, fuel injected SOHC engine.  Compression ratio of 10.0:1 gives the Grizzly an increased feeling of power and responsiveness, without changing it's smooth power delivery throughout the range.Paired to this proven power plant is Yamaha's Ultramatic, dual-range transmission (Hi/Low), in which an automatic centrifugal clutch keeps the belt tight and maintains a constant tension in order to keep the belt cool and reduce wear.  The Grizzly is a mountain goat when it comes to 4-wheeling, thanks to it's three-position On-Command 4WD system and specially developed Maxxis tires.  The Special Edition model comes with EPS, Yamaha's own electric power steering system that provides an aggressive assist - meaning, it responds to input based on speed and terrain, and adjusts its level of assistance accordingly.  This helps you, as the rider, feel that you are still in touch with the ground through your handlebars, and doesn't give you a "numb" feeling that other power steering systems tend to do.This ATV comes with a straight driveshaft set-up designed to help eliminate the friction, noise and vibration that is often seen with U-joint designs.  It is also equipped with four-wheel hydraulic disc brakes.  Brake controls are on both sides of the handlebars as well as on the right side floorboard, giving the rider excellent control over braking applications.Also comes with rear rack cargo box / backrest - never installed.  Has been used as a ranch vehicle only, on pasture and easy trails.May be seen and test driven at our location outside of Conroe, Texas.  Local pickup only.
