I bought this sled to take to vintage shows early this summer. My schedule does not work with the show scene, so I am selling. This is a mint 1983 Yamaha enticer 300. Some 'experts' think it is original, others think it was restored...so I am not sure. There is some overspray inside the cowl, but I see that on all enticer 300's, so I think it is factory. The cowl has a small crack, as shown in photo. The seat is incredible. You rarely see the seat unrecovered. You have to move to solid black, this two tone seat pattern is not available. The hard to find plastic grills are perfect except for one has some grill slats missing.The track is mint. Comes with two belts, owners manual, keys ect. The sled ran when I bought it, but bogged upon throttle. It now only runs on spray. I was going to show it, so this did not matter much. I am sure the carb needs cleaning. I have a service scheduled with a local vintage guy in two weeks. If unsold, I will pay to have it running and keep it or relist with added cost. The sled has up do date transferable NY state registration in my name. Email any questions. This is a very rare vintage opportunity to show a enticer 300. I will include the matching Yamaha vintage helmet.
