Used all original 1978 Puch Newport L for sale.  Runs and drives great.  Peddle start.  Just rebuilt carb, cleaned and de-rusted gas tank, new seals and basic tuning done.  Only 1467 miles!  Great for city life or small town cruising.  This moped has never been titled (since they didn't require titles until a couple years ago).  It should not be hard to title after purchasing and I will provide a written statement of sale if necessary.  Does have a couple small surface rust spots (vintage charm) as shown in pictures, but noting a little scrub and clear coat can't fix.  Please message me if you have any further questions.
