If the manufacturer does not have the item in stock, we will contact you with an ETA. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number to the email provided during check-out. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update. International orders may take extra days to process. For some international destinations, tracking number will not display any information. We only ship to billing addresses, if your billing and shipping address do not match we may contact you. Free shipping is only to the contiguous United States and Puerto Rico, buyers from to Alaska or Hawaii may be contacted with additional shipping charges if needed, the buyer can then choose to proceed or cancel the order. Returns Unused and unopened (in original manufacturer packaging) merchandise may be returned within 14 days of your receipt of the item. Please contact us prior to returning the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Special order items cannot be returned (eg. Wiseco pistons with part number starting in KE). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items in the customer's possession for 14 days or more may be returned only at Euroexport's discretion.
