I am selling my 2007 Polaris 450 Quad bike which is in reasonable used condition. 2 reasons, 1 I barely use it and 2 I went to move it and it wouldn't start even with a new battery - I think it is the starter clutch (which is a cheap and easy fix), so I'm selling as is because I don't have the time to fix it.. I am the second owner of the bike and it has been great, the most comfortabe and stable quad I have ridden - and quick. Tyre tread is good and it comes with front and rear racks as well as a tow bar. I recently fitted a new battery, muffler and cable to the hand brake, the foot brake didn't work when I got it and I never bothered fixing it as the hand brake does the job. Also the pull start cable broke off but again I never needed it. The thermostat also needs replacing as it shows up as hot and check engine even when the key is first turned - again a cheap fix but one I never bothered with - just kept the radiator and coolant topped up. There is a tear in the seat and scratches in the fairings and a melt mark (as you can see in the photo next to my sons foot) Couple of negatives aside the bike is a cracker and the successful bidder will not be disappointed once it is back up and running. Bike is pick-up only and cash on pick-up is preffered.
