This is a professional trike conversion framework. Manufactured in late 2008 by Wackeys Trikes. Due to an alternative conversion to my trike, I am selling the rear framework. Since the conversion the trike has only covered 3500 miles. I have old MOTs to confirm. I purchased the trike in 2014, the owner stated it was not used very much due his wife having problems sitting on it, even with the seat being enlarged. It was therefore dry stored for most of the period from 2009 even though he maintained the MOTs. Largest mileage was done in 2009. I have had the trike dry stored and on a sorn since November 2014. The overall condition of the unit is very good as one would expect with the amount of use. At the time of conversion the rear axle was completely rebuilt with all new bearings, seals, brakes etc. Ratio is correct.Framework is powder coated and without any visible chips or breakage. Brake lines are new braided/coated type and handbrake system all new. Professionally made drive shaft is in very good condition. All electrics are in place and working. Mudguards are in fair condition with a few storage scratches.Wheels and tyres - 215/60 x16 95H -are like new, as with shocks. A pair of heavy saddle bags with securing brackets, is included in sale, also a rear back rest and seat if required.This is a straight forward bolt-on conversion to a Vulcan but will fit other bikes too.The internal gap at fulcrum point/pin for swing arm is 176mm internal x 217mm external.
