Two John Deere JDX series snowmobiles both 1974 vintage, one a JDX-8 440cc with newer track, Dennis Kirk ski widening kit, electric start, factory tow hitch, John Deere deep snow kit, generic cover and 1432 original miles. The second is a 400cc JDX-6 with 1402 original miles, electric start, Dennis Kirk ski widening kit, factory tow hitch and generic cover. The hood of the JDX-6 has been repainted due to fiberglass damage (wreck) and has no original hood decals. Spare short windshield will fit either machine. Recently a jump charger was placed on each machine and they turned over but due to lack of mixed fuel did not try to start either machine. It is suspected the carburetors will need kitted and sparkplugs and batteries should be replaced before these are ran any amount. There is at least one original manual, spare belt(s) and tools that came with the sleds when purchased. There is a third JDX-8 parts machine complete sans track, sliders and drive gears that will be included if the winning bidder picks up or makes own shipping arrangements. Both sleds were used by a couple who loved snowmobiling together in the mountains of Oregon. The wife past away and both sleds have set idle other than short rides around their property when snow cover was sufficient. They have been stored under cover since new! The tilt-trailer is not included in auction, however should the lucky winner wish to purchase for $1100 it will be available. We are willing to deliver a reasonable distance if necessary to complete sale. Otherwise winning bidder is responsible for pickup and will forfeit all moneys and rights to machines if not picked up within 30-days after auction ends.
