Item Description: 2002 Polaris Ranger 4x4 Series 10 for sale. This vehicle has been used by Hickman Parks and Recreation and starts right up and runs normally. The hour meter has 733.4 hours of logged time. The body has minor scratches and dings throughout, and the windshield has a crack in the top passenger corner (see pictures). Everything seems to function correctly including brakes, manual dump box, lights, starter, hour meter, shifter, and parking brake. The motor has unexpectedly shutdown on occasion during hot weather and after sitting for a few minutes starts back up and runs. Original owners manual is included with purchase. Ranger does NOT have a Vehicle Title, however a Bill of Sale will be provided upon request. Please contact us via eBay email or at the City Offices at 402-792-2212 with any questions. Terms & Conditions of Sale: 1) Bids must be submitted via auction on eBay at ; 2) Property is being sold “as-is” without warranty; 3) Item will be sold to the highest bidder; if the highest bidder fails to make payment it will result in either a) the City accepting the next highest bid on eBay, or b) the City rejecting all bids and canceling the sale; 4) Payment must be made via Money Order, personal check or cash; 5) Sold property must be paid for within ten (10) business days after the date of auction ending; 6) Property will not be released until payment clears the City’s bank, regardless of payment type; 7) Upon notification of payment clearing the City’s bank, arrangements must be made within six (6) business days to remove the property from the City property; This item was declared Surplus Property through Resolution 2016-11 and is being sold in accordance with Nebraska State Law and Section 6-111 of the Municipal Code of Hickman.
