For sale 1994 Tomos Targa LX  Moped, in excellent condition.  No mechanical issues, it  runs like a top and has a low healthy idle.  All lights, turn signals and horn work.  There a three cosmetic issues (see photos) crack in right side engine cover crack in front fairing and chip in paint on gas tank.  Comes with locking gas cap and working fork lock with key.  Recently serviced good for 3,000 mile of service free mopeding.  Local pickup only.
