Go Kart Starter with a one-way bearing that allows the shaft to freewheel once the engine starts. It doesn't look like it has been used very much at all. The "Key" on the drive end is crisp and not all chewed up. All the decals are in place but have faded somewhat. Says it will work on both 2 and 4 stroke engines. I'll pack it carefully in a heavy box so it doesn't get all beat up during shipping.It's heavy so I'm guessing it'll cost $20 to ship depending on location. If it's more I'll pay the difference.
