2001 YAMAHA BANSHEE ~ BEAUTIFUL BIKE! ~ CUSTOM PAINT!THIS BIKE WAS BUILT IN 2005, THE PAINT WAS APPLIED TO A CUSTOM FIBERGLASS BODY BY RED HOUSE CUSTOM PAINT IN DERBY KANSAS THE FRAME WAS STRIPED OF ALL THE EXTRA BRACKETS NO LONGER USED, CLEANED AND POWDER COATED, ALSO FRONT HUBS, REAR HUBS AND AXLE CARRIER WERE POWDER COATED. CANDYAPPLE WAS APPLIED BY LORAC COATING IN WICHITA KANSAS ~ THE ENGINE WAS BUILT BY DT RACING IN WICHITA KANSAS, BORED 10 OVER, WELDED AND TRUED CRANK, LIGHTENED FLYWHEEL, STOCK CARBS WITH A TORS ELIMANATOR KIT AND A MILD PORT JOB. THE BIKE RUNS GOOD AND VERY DEPENDABLE! ~ IT HAS A 6" OVER SWINGARM, ROUND CARRIER AND A DURABLUE AXLE. THE AXLE HAS SOME CHROME STARTING TO PEEL ~ CHROME A-ARMS ~ CHROME STEERING STEM ~ ALUMINUM FRONT BUMPER ~ CHROME HEADLIGHTS, SOME CHROME STARTING TO BUBBLE ~ STAINLESS STEEL GRILL ~ OVERSIZE ALUMINUM RADIATOR ~ BILLET GAS CAP ~ BILLET THUMB THROTTLE ~ COOL HEAD ~ AND SOME OTHER SMALL PARTS AND PIECES. I HAVE NEW PIPE HANGERS ORDERED AND A NEW SEAT COVER ~ BIKE IS VERY WELL TAKEN CARE OF AND EASY TO RIDE.
