HONDA TRX 250R 1989 Model Legendary Race Quad becoming harder and harder to find!! All in good working condition! New K&N air filter New ignition coil Oil Changed New spark plug Brakes serviced and fluid changed I have owned this bike for the last 24 years. I bought it back in 1992 from a quad dealer in Blackburn and I was the second owner from new. I used it now and then for the first couple of years but sort of grew out of it. I got the frame plastic coated and fitted new plastics. It has been stored for most of its life in a container. I always thought I would get out on it again someday but as the years passed by it just sat there. It was a handful back then so definitely far too wild for me these days. I’m selling it to go towards a sensible 4x4 quad as I now own some woodland. It is not for the faint hearted and I believe they still win all the races to this day. This was the last version made in 1989 before they stopped production and they pretty much perfected it. I’d describe it as in good solid condition, with low use for its age. I did the above jobs after pulling it out and cleaning out the carb, putting in fresh petrol, changing brake fluid and oil and fitting a new ignition coil. It started after a couple of kicks. It would be great for a quad project, or alternatively you could just fill her up and let it rip!!!
