***Zero Feedback Bidders MUST email me before bidding and so I know you are real***Up for sale is a SUPER nice 1985 Honda ATC250r Three Wheeler. This is a very low hour and unmolested stock machine. It is very hard to find one in this condition. I am the second owner of it. There is really nothing major that needs to mentioned or said about this bike, it is in exceptional condition considering it is 31 years old. It is 100% OEM stock, with the exception of the air filter, which is a UNI. It has been ridden, but not much! Here are the specifics:
Very little frame / boot rub
OEM Dunlop tires front and rear (original) - great tread / no cracks
Clean CA title in hand OEM plastic is really, really nice Seat is soft and plush, like new
Includes OEM tool kit Frame and plastic has some light and normal scratches and scuffs, but they are light not bad at all Everything works as it should (brakes, lights, etc)There is some light flaking paint on the cylinder but its barely noticeable
Motor has never been opened up Swingarm and axle are very clean and tidy Some chipped paint here and there on the frame, but nothing crazyFenders, bars, pegs and levers are all straightFront fender has some light scratchesRear fender is near new condition and looks really good
I have new OEM replica shroud decals (Honda Wing) and a fender warning decal that will come with the bike as well. They are not shown, but they are high quality exact OEM replicas
Overall, this is a really, really nice clean example of the legendary 1985 Honda ATC 250r. 250 R The boring stuff (but please read):Shipping: I can assist with shipping or you are free to organize your own. I can currently ship insured (with a $500 deductible) and enclosed anywhere in the USA for $450. If you live in Maine, Long Island or the Florida keys there is a surcharge, but outside of that, the shipping rate is $450 to anywhere in the lower 48.
I can and will ship international, but the buyer must coordinate this, as the process can be cumbersome. I will assist as best as possible and do have really good access to shippers to the UK, Europe and Australia. I can also ship to the middle east as well. But please note that all paperwork will be handled by the buyer. Seller Notes: If you are a serious buyer and have the money in hand, I am happy to talk to you on the phone about whatever questions or interest you have in the bikes. But please, no time wasters or tire kickers. If you are a serious buyer, it is available to be shown, but I am not looking for tire kickers or time wasters. The bike is located in Northern California. Payment: A $500 non refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of closing, or a friendly phone call or clear email on who you are and how you intend to close the deal. I am very easy to work with, but a little clear communication goes a long way with me. Paypal is fine for deposit, but the fee and commission they take is very high. We will take payment however is easiest for you for to send, as we understand that some buyers might be out of the country. Cash, bank to bank payment, bank check, Paypal, WU, Carrier Pidgin - whatever - but as long as it clears our bank and you are not playing the Nigerian lottery with me, I could care less how it comes. Just make sure it comes when you say it will come.
