Listing my newly build vw dune buggy. This buggy is in prestige like new condition, started with a berrien warrior chassis, powdercoated in prismic powders Manhattan blue. Rear Suspension coated in charcoal grey with top coat. This buggy has wilwood disc brakes all the way around with front proportion valve for brake adjustment. The front brakes are from airkewld and are the BAD series aluminum hub disc brakes. Rears are off set steel rotors with Wilwood dual piston calipers. Transaxle is brand new from dons bus box, it's a pro street trans with super diff, dual aluminum side plates, new rancho aluminum case and nose cone, steel shift forks, welded 3rd and 4th. Buggy has corbeau racing seats. Aluminum dash panel with all new speedhut gauges including a GPS speedometer with digital readout. Head lights are polished stainless with turn signals built in for clean look. Tires are new bf goodwrench M/T tires 31 inch in rear and slightly smaller in front. Whole front suspension is rebuilt with custom made brass bushings replacing the needle bearings. Steering box is a German rebuilt. Tie rods are HD aluminum rod. Pedal assembly is all Wilwood, best of the best. Stainless tig welded shift rod with CNC billet swivel trans coupler. Engine is a new 2054cc mild stroker engine. Started with a new old stock Brazilian vw case clearanced and reinforced, new 74mm counterbalanced crank, mahle pistons and cylinders with Teflon retainers, chromoly pushrods, ss pushrod tubes with silicon seals, billit oil plug plate, German sheet metal powdercoated black, MST serpentine kit, dual Webber 40 carbs with CB performance linkage IT and manifolds, oil filter kit, stock German rebuilt rods, all new bearings, Norris desert cam and lifters, stainless fuel lines, mofoco 042 heads with ss valves.
