Locks work. NO title( just get a title bond ). VIN # is in the pictures.. Tenant left it and I don't have time to fix it up. NOTE: If any discoloration/stains/damage/oxidation/dust on item from storage & handling. Please see ALL pictures. ASK ALL questions BEFORE purchasing.....
