Hello and welcome to my auction for a YAMAHA BANSHEE.I have owned this bike for about 5 years now, I haven't really used it in the last 2 years. I did complete alot of modifications last summer with intentions to use it this summer, but unfortunately with family life and work commitments i haven't used it has much as i would of liked and feel it is a shame to sit in the garage - hence the sale. When i brought the bike my intentions where to turn it from off road to road legal. Im pretty much there with it but there are still a couple of things to do - although it didn't stop me from using it ;)Here's the modifications that i have already done to the bike:- New Douglas DWT Rear Wheels 10x10- New Douglas DWT Front Wheels- New Front tyres - E Marked- New Rear tyres - E Marked- New Wheel Spacers, Front and Rear- New Red Anodised Wheel Nuts all round - Extended 2 inch rear swing arm- Powder Coated Nerf Bars with New Nets- Up-rated Alloy Radiator- Blue Silicone Hoses- New Chain- New Rear Sprocket- New Front Sprocket- Paul Turner Race Fatty Pipes- Fatboy 2 Back Boxes- Pro Designs Cool Head with 19cc Domes (Must run on Super Unleaded)- It Has had the tours removed- Up-rated balance bottle- Adjustable up-rated timing plate- Converted to twist throttle - New with cables- K&N Air filter- The bikes Jetted to suit - runs spot on- Bembro rear brake master cylinder- New heavy duty clutch- VenHill Front brake line conversion- Wirtz brake leavers with finger grips- Boyesen Reads- Renthal Front Bars- New Chain rollers- Hand Protectors- Bling-star front nudge bar- New rear pads- Rear handbrake blank conversion- Protaper handle bar grips + a new set to accompany the bike- The rear shock was serviced last year and fitted with a heavy duty up-rated spring- I think they are Full flight a arm conversion (2 inch wider with adjustable track rod ends to set camber)- Dura Blue extended rear axle - I think the bike measured 52 inch wide with wheels on at the rearThe bike is actually a 2006.The bike has a couple of marks here and there. It has Duncan racing graphics.Starts up 1st/2nd kick every time.It has had a new up-rated high powered stator It has also had various new bearings but can not for the life of me remember which ones! The bike feels really good, no loose parts all feels really tight. All the lights/speedo did work until i fitted the new stator - i think it may have blown a fuse/wire????????????? I do have a set of road legal number plates, chassis tag and V5 that i acquired from another bike that i broke, i will include them in the sale should the winning bidder want them. i.e, chuck on the bike and use it. This bike is extremely quick, sounds absolutely amazing and i will say it is certainly not for the faint hearted - IF YOU CAN NOT RIDE A QUAD DO NOT BUY!!The stance of this bike looks well hard.It is a very wide bike, very stable.Im going to really miss this bike, dont particularly want to sell it but at the same time dont want to see it just sitting in the garage! Now for a few nitty gritties....There are a couple of scratches on the bike,It has the usual kick start rattle - which you can buy the repair kit for roughly £12, i just haven't had the chance.Obviously the wiring problem could do with a look over as the lights and speedo have stopped working.Where the speedo sensor mounts - the bracket is broke - currently cable tied on.Its about due for front brake pads. The gold paint on the fatty pipes is abit flakey in the lower areas.Just a few little things that i haven't had chance to sort myself. If i remember anything else about the bike i will add to the listing. Viewing welcome, No test pilots!!!!Any questions please ask.No time wasters - Serious bids only.I do not have a buy it now price and i will NOT end the auction early. There is no reserve and the highest bidder will win.Winning bidder please contact me within 24 hours of auction end to make arrangement's. Thanks for looking and happy bidding.
