When discovering the ATV it was originally a peeling camo painted rusted vehicle, with 3 wiring looms etc what a mess! After some hard work the frame has been completley sand blasted and powder coated in a lovely For ST Orange and the wheels in a flourescent orange. The body shell has been repainted in Aston Martin Black with a little glitter to it. I promise you it looks great in the sunlight. Few decals added. Now to the engine and components. Being a replica i took everything away and started fresh except the engine. New solenoid, coil, cdi, starter, carb and fuel filter. Ive then installed lights including a full beam switch and Front Rear Indicators. Also for fun a horn. It is electric start which i have fitted a button to make starting quicker. It has mirrors either side in case a fox is hunting you, or your in a pack. It is automatic front and reverse only but i assure you gets upto at least 35. Now it does need a better fitted battery and currently reverse needs looking into.
As described before it has had a complete re-vamp and additional lights, horn key switch starter button mirrors etc.
Again the only issues are reverse gear which i will have another look at, could just be the chain needs tightening. a very slow rear puncture on one tyre all tread is new no road use. The chain cover was repaired but unfortunately cast aluminium doesnt take well to welding. The item is on sale on ebay, unfortunately I don't have the time or space to tinker with it. Its come along way from its original state and i will be sad to see it go. I've had alot of fun riding it. Any questions regarding this item please e-mail:   jlgimprovements@gmail.com
