This is for a red ice bear 50cc scooter. It won't start at all but I'm sure it's either a simple fix or at most $100. I would fix it but I can't afford it right now because I've put too much money on it already (Upgrade, new front end, oil changes, new battery). It was working fine then one day just never started. I don't have the title because the scooter place I bought it from haven't sent me it even though I've asked several times. Otherwise it looks all good besides the normal wear and the front bumper thing broke off somehow when the moped tipped over when it was really windy outside one day. Also that kind of messed up the throttle handle which kind of stays on whatever speed you put it on instead of going back into place if you let it go. All simple fixes that you won't have to worry about immediately, just need it to start or could just use it for the parts. Any questions just ask Only dealing in Las Vegas
