Returns?
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from from us. It is our aim to offer you exceptional value and quality. Faulty or damaged items will be replaced free of charge, or a full refund offered. Outbound/Inbound carriage charges will not be refunded on all non faulty or damaged items. Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a cooling off period of 7 working days from the delivery of goods. This is an unconditional right to cancel the order. You will then be required to return the goods, compete with packaging in an unused and resalable condition at your own cost, whereupon a full refund less carriage will be issued.
