The MAXX - a stunning show quality trike but...read on...this is a PROJECT folks with lots of potential and cheap as chips!
This is a Classified advert - that means NO bidding - it you want it - call us O7768O6O162. Will consider px / swap.
Handlebars have now been changed to stock 1" HD pullback bars with risers (for customer - left deposit then could'nt pay balance). These are more practicle and comfortable (see picures) - any stock HD bar for 3.5" riser spacings will now fit.
The MAXX Built in 2007 this was the dream concept by MAXX TATTOO in Worcester. The spec and the cost, in excess of £10,000.00, was massive for this Kawasaki ZX1100G shaft drive machine. Bought in 2009 by current owner, he had it 2 days, put it in for a major service at cost of £800.00+, rode it home – put it in the garage and there it sat until now – never saw the day of light for 7 years! First of all the situation as it is now: needless to say all the polished bits have suffered along with usual sized clutch cable etc etc so machine will need a full recommssion before use – however the sale price is much more than favourable to accommodate this and when finished will stand you, the Buyer, much much less than it would to build this amazing machine from scratch. The paintwork is still exceptionally fresh and requires nothing. The frame would cost you in excess of £1500 without the billet parts - The paintwork would cost you in excess of another £1000 alone and another £500 for the Yokes –  The very rare (bare) diff another £750 – you do the math…. The good news – after cleaning the carbs itnow fires up off-the-button, revs and idles nicely (from a jump as obviously the battery is goosed).A Brand New set of handlebar clutch and Front brake/master cyclinder are INCLUDED and fitted - just need bleeding - see picture for details.
At a rough guess with a paltry £100.00+ budget (Clutch cable £10, MOT £35, Battery £40, Fluids/oils £20, Filter £5, 1 x light £5 and then whatever you spend - if anything - on polishing) you can very very easilly get all new cables/fluids/battery/mot and all the shiney bits re-polished and still have plenty change and a machine worth substantially more than £3995! see what that buys you on Ebay......clapped out GT750 trike with homemade back end - if you are lucky!
There are sooo many custom stainless and billet parts it would take pages to describe them so we will list a few and let the pictures speak volumes about the rest. Note: the 5L chrome jerry fuel cans are NOT included. It’s on a proper Q Plate – not some cowboy bike conversion – full V5c is here. Custom frame – nicely proportioned length/width Maprm Italy Handlebar billet grips £70 Maprm forward controls £368 Maprm stainless steel handlebars £450 1-offs Kawasaki MX USD front forks Yamaha front wheel Ford Escort Mk2 RS200 rear diff Ford rear disc brake conversion Ford rear brake calipers with built in handbrake Billet yokes by Pegasus Precision Engineering Aldershot Custom 1-off hardtail frame – very well built 17” rear rims with 205/40/17 tyres Mini speedo Custom mudguards HD Sportster fuel tank New 1” handlebar controls HD switch gear Stainless exhausts by Turbo Thomas Full engine rebuild Engine top-end tuned/reworked by Steve Powell All new electrics DYNA ignition coils Magnacor 8.5 spark plug leads Braided s/steel brake lines Bates headlight S/Steel rear luggage rack Custom airbrush paintwork designed by Maxx Tattoo and painted by Lee @ Motopaint Custom made seats Custom made aluminium electrical housing box Stainless steel diff & drive shaft shield Custom stainless jerry can brackets and the list goes on and on and on and on…… The machine is located outside Glasgow, Scotland, and you will require a van/trailer to collect.
