Hello,This is a rare beast.  Designed after the 68-72 corvette body front end, this 1970 Concept One dune buggy body is a cool find.  I bought originally as a build I had hoped to get to, I now realize I have too many projects to be able to complete them all.  This is the original body out of Lincoln, NE.  It was made in 1970 when fiberglass dune buggies were all the rage as "the new Hot Rod".  This one was originally gel coated in heavy Metal flake Gold.  After years of sitting in the sun, the Gold color has faded, and the silver metal flake is the predominant color now.  The body has one stress crack that I see from people moving it around.  It is across the hood.  Since the body will need new paint and bodywork anyway, this is an easy thing to address.  The beauty of this dune buggy body is that no one has hacked away at it.  Nothing to correct or replace at all.  The body also comes with the rare engine cover accessory.  It is stout and rigid as this was made in 2 molds.  An upper shell that is the show surface and an understructure shell that makes up the cockpit and side pods.  It is one of the cooler designs for dune buggies period!  Local pick up only. I have included actual pictures of the body.  The orange colored buggy is a picture of a buggy of the same style.
