I am the original owner of this Italian made Piaggio scooter. Piaggio is the parent company of Vespa and have been making scooters for nearly a century. It has only been driven by myself and my wife on paved streets. I have changed the oil and filter every 2K miles with synthetic 5W-40 oil. I have the owners manual, service records, clear title and two original keys. It has never been wrecked. It gets 70 MPG and after the original break-in period I opened up the throttle and reached 75 MPH, the first and only time it has been driven at that speed. This scooter has a water cooled, single cylinder engine of 198 cc. Automatic transmission, (CVT). It has 16" cast aluminum wheels and disc brakes both front and rear. Large storage compartment under the seat, in the dash, and in the top case. The top case alone holds 2 bags of groceries. It will carry 2 people comfortably. 12V outlet for charging phone. Halogen headlights, turn signal, horn, fuel gauge, speedometer, odometer. Body color is dove grey. In January 2015, at 7145 miles, it was serviced by a Piaggio dealer and the following services were performed: Replaced belt, rollers and sliders, fuel pump, fuel lines, fuel filter, new rear tire. It has a factory Piaggio top case. The only thing not stock is the red side reflectors have been replaced with professional quality TIR 3 LED lights. They display a very bright red color and contribute greatly to the scooters visibility for safety. Current mileage is 8552.
