Very rare and only Polaris Starfire ever built to race l-500 Cross Country Races, only a handful ever made. Raced in Winnipeg l-500 by Canadian, sold to Minnesota collector, went to Wisconsin guy who rode it on vintage sled rides, added mufflers (people complained too loud) painted it, had dash plate custom made, sold to Minnesota guy who flipped to me, I've had it 9 years. Tagged chassis with original pipes, tilly carbs, dual front & rear tanks, barrels strapped 39, 3 fuel tanks inlets one to each carb, seat, clutches and all other stock items that came with this late December factory racer build date. Chassis has several re-enforcements, some I've never seen. Have collected parts for many years. Down sizing 32 sleds, too many projects. Many other pics available. Priced to sell.
