Description Street Legal: No, but easily accomplished.
The rear view mirror and one turn signal was stolen. This dune buggy was left undone when my husband passed away and a friend put it together for me. Never used since finished and has new engine, etc. Was told it has a 1600cc VW engine but I can't verify that since I don't have a clue. Understand that it could be street legal with little effort. It is a manual transmission. Someone said it was a "short" shift.
